📦 Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- A return fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking.
- Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, we will issue your refund (minus the $5 return fee) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🔄 Return Process

- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive the return, we will process your refund.
🚫 Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us at info@nipalensis.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — and you will not be charged the return fee in such cases.
